Seven Gravel Race - UCI World Series
Friday 16th May 2025
(Multiple Dates Between Friday 16th May 2025 & Saturday 17th May 2025)
The course that brings riders from all around the world
The Nannup Foreshore Park is the location of our Event Village. The route winds its way around the golden triangle of cycling in WA that is formed by connecting the townships of Nannup, Bridgetown and Donnybrook. This area is estimated to be around 30,000 acres and has in excess of 1000km of rideable roads and trails. Read more about the trees and trails of the beautiful Blackwood Valley.
It wasn’t meant to be easy…
We didn’t design the SEVEN Gravel Race to be easy. From the beginning, our plan was to create an event of epic proportions that could be compared to an early stage of the Tour de France or a current monument of cycling like the Paris-Roubaix. It was an ambitious goal, and not one to be judged by those who haven’t actually ridden the course. For many, just completing the 125km course in the allotted ten hours will be an achievement. For others, qualifying for the Gravel World Championship and the chance to race against the world’s best riders will be their measure. We would be wrong to say there is no fail, as a number of riders do miss the cut-off each year. There will always be next year. For some, completing the 85km FIVE course, the 50km THREE course or the 25km ONE course will be enough to redefine their limits.
Who Can Enter?
The full SEVEN course is open to all riders 19+ years of age, however a medium to high level of fitness will be required to complete all seven sectors in the allotted ten hours. The FIVE course is open to riders 18+ years, the THREE course is open to riders 16+ years and the ONE course is open to riders 10+ years. The event is not suitable for road bikes, but e-MTBs are welcome (non-competitive).
Registration Friday May 16th
Rider registration is from 11am to 5pm on Friday May 16th at the Event Village in Nannup. Race packs will be provided to riders at the registration desk. The official Rider Briefing will be held from 5pm to 5:30pm. We ask that all riders endeavour to attend the Rider Briefing, as we will have important information to share about the course that we cannot share on the start line at the pre-race briefing. The Rider Briefing is also a great opportunity to ask questions and have them answered face-to-face by the Race Director.
Event Day Saturday May 17th
The race starts in Nannup at 7am sharp. We ask that all riders be on the start line by 6:40am for the pre-race briefing at 6:50am. All riders must be officially registered to start.
