Final Adoption of Modified Local Planning Policies

Notice is hereby given that the Council, at its meeting on 27 June 2024, finally adopted the following modified Local Planning Policies:

 

  • LPP 1 Cut & Fill and Retaining Walls;
  • LPP 2 Stormwater Management and Connection;
  • LPP 3 Sea Containers;
  • LPP 4 Consultation;
  • LPP 5 Nannup Townsite Character Area Design Guidelines;
  • LPP 6 Rural Residential Fencing Standards;
  • LPP 7 Nannup Mainstreet Heritage Precinct;
  • LPP 8 Development in Flood Prone Land;
  • LPP 9 Tourism Land Uses and Short-Term Accommodation;
  • LPP 10 Car Parking and Vehicular Access;
  • LPP 11 Dedication of Road Access;
  • LPP 12 Signs and Advertisements;
  • LPP 13 Heritage Conservation;
  • LPP 14 Developer and Subdivider Contributions;
  • LPP 15 Outbuildings; and
  • LPP 16 Tree Farms
