LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
Notice is hereby given that the Shire has prepared the above mentioned amendment which proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 11 Cundinup-Dudinyillup Rd, Nannup (the subject site) from ‘Priority Agriculture’ to ‘Rural’, and subsequently remove the Additional Site Requirement No.4 (ASR4) from the subject site as it relates specifically to land zoned Priority Agriculture.
Documentation setting out and explaining Scheme Amendment No. 2 is available for inspection at the link on the right or at the Shire office during office hours. Submissions on the amendment are to be made in writing and lodged with the Shire on or before 25th November 2024.
This amendment is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
